About The Position

The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting site-wide operational execution across PacSci Hollister. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Engineering, and Facilities to drive execution, remove barriers, improve communication, and ensure alignment to operational priorities. The Site Operations Supervisor supports the Director of Operations in driving accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience with Ralliant Business System (RBS), or equivalent continuous improvement systems with demonstrated results using Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work and communicate effective with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven competency in a team leader role for two or more years, and/or demonstrated leadership of major projects or programs in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results and meeting organizational objectives.
  • Capable of assessing and developing individual and team skills and capabilities.
  • Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for new and challenging goals.
  • Serve as a role model by promoting new ideas and positive change.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Value Stream revenue, cost including productivity, cost of quality, program performance, inventory management, customer scorecard performance and bid support.
  • Embrace and promote Ralliant’s shared purpose by becoming a Ralliant Business System (RBS) champion.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership to enable your team to be successful in achieving positive operational performance.
  • Leverage RBS tools to establish standard work, problem-solve, drive improvements, and define clear accountabilities.
  • Leads the assigned Value Stream processes (purchase to shipment) through daily management which include but are not limited to bid planning, demand planning, production planning, production control, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product test, design engineering support, and inspection.
  • Build and support company culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed, countermeasures implemented, and the area is compliant with safety requirements.
  • Instills and maintains a positive can-do team atmosphere within the Value Stream.
  • Support engagement, inclusivity, and diversity initiatives to continue building a high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure all team members are properly trained to perform assigned work.
  • Apply industry best practices for cross-training to grow a flexible workforce.
  • Drive achievement of core KPI’s including On-time Delivery (OTD), Past Due Backlog (PDBL) reduction, Deliver Linearity, Improve DLU, Revenue attainment, and Safety performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
