Site Operations Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)
About The Position
FNS is seeking a Site Operations Specialist who is bilingual in English and Korean. This role involves supervising daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence. The specialist will ensure timely completion of deliveries, address on-site operational issues promptly, and prepare accurate daily progress reports. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities is crucial. This position requires close collaboration with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, as well as maintaining detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities. Coordination with vendors, clients, and drivers for smooth on-site operations and effective communication with clients to understand requirements and address issues are key responsibilities. The role also includes monitoring safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.

- Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
