About The Position

As a Commercial Site Partner, you will act as a key technology partner to the local business, driving the effective use of digital and technology solutions to support business growth, operational excellence and transformation initiatives. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and Haleon Tech teams, you will lead local technology initiatives, provide strategic consultancy on digital solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities, compliance standards and user experience expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced global environment while contributing to the advancement of innovative digital capabilities across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, application management, project management and/or change management.
• Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders on technology-enabled transformation initiatives and digital projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, workflows and innovative solutions that support business objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable and practical technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance and risk management practices within technology project delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive maximum business utilization of strategic technology solutions deployed within the local market.
• Partner with business stakeholders to simplify and optimize processes through effective use of Haleon technology solutions.
• Capture, assess and prioritize business requirements for new solutions, enhancements and technology-driven initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support delivery of locally driven Tech initiatives and implementation of regional/global systems.
• Coordinate local project activities in alignment with Haleon standards, governance and best practices.
• Ensure projects meet quality, compliance and risk management standards while providing regular updates on timelines, budgets, risks and key issues.
• Provide troubleshooting and support across multiple technology domains and business functions to ensure operational continuity.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing user experience, service performance and business efficiency.
