The Site Operations Manager (SOM) serves as A2G’s senior on-site representative at assigned operating locations. The SOM is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of daily site operations, to include, but not limited to flight operations, airborne collection, aircraft maintenance, logistics, facilities, personnel support, customer coordination, and mission reporting. The SOM ensures site activities are conducted in accordance with contractual requirements, FAA Part 91, DCMA Instruction 8210.1D, the A2G Flight and Ground Operations Procedures, and other applicable company and government requirements. The preferred candidate will also possess the qualifications and recent operational experience necessary to provide additional program depth as either a pilot or mission sensor operator when required. This position supports CONUS and OCONUS collection missions and may require deployments of up to 90 days. Employees assigned to this position will normally work only while attending required training or serving on an authorized deployment rotation. Periods between assignments will generally be designated as leave without pay unless otherwise authorized by A2G management. Initial and recurring training may be conducted in Titusville, Florida. Permanent relocation is not required. Note: A2G International uses Pacifico Energy Group's (PEG) hiring portal to manage the application and recruitment process. Requirements

• Prior experience serving in or directly supporting U.S. military Special Operations Forces.
• Knowledge of airborne ISR operations, collection systems, and mission-support requirements.
• Strong understanding of military operations, terminology, command relationships, and joint or interagency planning processes.
• Working knowledge of airborne collection platforms, EO/IR sensors, radar systems, remote-sensing payloads, or other applicable mission equipment.
• Knowledge of flight and ground operating procedures and the ability to manage daily compliance with DCMA Instruction 8210.1D.
• Knowledge of ISR collection tactics, techniques, and procedures, including the targeting and collection-management cycles.
• Demonstrated experience leading geographically separated or deployed operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple functional areas while maintaining operational awareness and accountability.
• Ability to communicate rapid, accurate, and actionable information to program leadership and the customer.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree with eight (8)+ years of related experience. Additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree
• Minimum three (3) years of management experience with operational focus and experience leading or managing teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport and state-issued driver’s license.
• Must currently possess an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Must successfully complete all contractual, company, and program training requirements.
• Must be willing and able to deploy for periods of up to 90 days.
• Must be able to work nonstandard hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when required by mission operations.
• Must successfully pass all required background investigations, preemployment screenings, and drug testing.
• Must remain eligible for random and active-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Possess the qualifications and recent operational experience necessary to provide additional program depth as either a pilot or mission sensor operator when required.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Previous experience serving as a site lead, detachment commander, mission manager, operations manager, or comparable deployed leader.
• Experience supporting GFR surveillance, DCMA compliance reviews, government inspections, or aviation program audits.
• Experience establishing, mobilizing, or closing geographically separated operating locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations including direct customer interactions, flight operations, collections, processing, administration, logistics, aircraft maintenance, personnel welfare, facilities, and communications
• Coordinate daily operational planning, scope, design, and execution
• Maintain oversight of the on-site staff, equipment, and operational readiness
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of operating procedures
• Conduct site audits for compliance with Government metrics, including GFR audits per AR95-20 / DCMA 8210.1D
• Partner with aircrew members to support Flight Operations
• Enforce flight standards and regulatory compliance to ensure safe operations
• Monitor and track flight status and mission execution
• Support scheduling, logistics, procurement, and pre-deployment training coordination
• Resolve operational issues and maintain open communication with program management and customers
• Submit accurate daily flight operation reports and prioritize theater flight requirements.
• Develop site stand-up, shutdown, and mobilization plans, including accurate lead-time estimates for customer and PMO briefings
• Provide timely updates and reporting to CONUS leadership
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure program responsiveness
