About The Position

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Night Watch to join their team in their Offsite Office. The Site Night Watch will maintain continuous oversight of the construction site over nights during both working and non-working hours, preventing unauthorized access, monitoring safety risks, and reporting incidents promptly.

Requirements

A year of experience in the construction industry is recommended.
Must be able to obtain site & Safety training certifications required for the project.
Construction safety practices.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Record individuals who enter the job site.
Document any activity that takes place on site during the night shift.
Maintain vigilance over jobsite while construction is or isn’t taking place.
Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards to supervisors & proper law enforcement.
Conduct of routine foot/vehicle patrols in and around property.
Enforces vehicle speed per site rules.
Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
