About The Position

Lumens is seeking a Site Merchandising Manager – House Brands to drive the online merchandising strategy and shopping experience for our portfolio of private label and white-label brands. This role will shape how customers discover, explore, and purchase Lumens house brand products across our digital experience. The Site Merchandising Manager will create a best-in-class shopping journey that makes it easy for customers to find the right product and inspiration while maximizing conversion, engagement, and long-term customer value. This role sits within the Site Merchandising team and partners closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Product Content, SEO, and Ecommerce teams to ensure house brands are positioned for success across the site. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, customer-focused ecommerce professional who enjoys balancing analytical thinking with creative merchandising strategy.   • 5+ years of ecommerce and/or site merchandising experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Lumens house brands across the digital experience, advocating for their visibility and performance within site merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive conversion, engagement, retention, and profitability for house brand assortments.
  • Optimize product placement, category presentation, and featured assortments to support key business initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Strategically boost and suppress brands and products to support business objectives
  • Manage and maintain site hierarchy and category structure for house brands within the PIM, including the product tree, brand tree, and feature tree.
  • Maintain site navigation by creating or refining categories based on merchandising strategy, marketing priorities, and site performance insights.
  • Monitor category and attribute performance to identify optimization opportunities and merchandising improvements.
  • Build and maintain landing pages, categories, and feature pages that inspire customers and simplify product discovery.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to develop compelling assortments, storytelling content, and merchandising features.
  • Support new product launches by partnering with Creative, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Content teams to ensure products are properly enabled and merchandised across the site.
  • Provide merchandising support for homepage, campaigns, and email marketing, ensuring the most relevant categories, products, and assortments are surfaced.
  • Partner with SEO and AI optimization teams to ensure house brand products are structured and optimized for organic discovery.
  • Collaborate with the Search team to ensure products are properly boosted and surfaced in search results, including identifying relevant synonyms and keyword opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product Content teams to optimize product imagery, carousels, and visual storytelling that support higher engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze photography and content performance to continuously improve how products are presented online.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance using analytics tools to identify merchandising opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular performance reporting (weekly and monthly) to evaluate category, product, and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising capabilities and analytics insights to test and implement new merchandising strategies.
  • Manage ecommerce initiatives and projects such as data enrichment, assortment creation, and site feature updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure merchandising initiatives align with broader business goals.
