About The Position

Crafty’s Site Merchandisers are the wheels that kept our pantry offering running. They are the human element and the friendly face that own the merchandising execution of multiple client-site experiences on a daily basis; supporting each site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people.

Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed.

Responsibilities

Own client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed.
Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service.
Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget).
Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.
