About The Position

Our solutions have been implemented in a variety of industries and projects, from architectural structures to industrial walkways and access systems. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all onsite operations, including fabrication, installation, safety compliance, scheduling, workforce coordination, and project execution. This leadership role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering specifications and company quality standards. The Site Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between field crews, subcontractors, project management, and clients while maintaining productivity and operational excellence across the job site.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
  • Comfortable working in industrial, construction, and outdoor environments with noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
  • Ability to travel between job sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise onsite fabrication, installation, and construction activities to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate daily operations for field crews, subcontractors, and equipment usage while maintaining production schedules and project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop sketches, blueprints, and 3-D models to direct field operations and resolve installation issues.
  • Manage labor allocation, material staging, equipment scheduling, and site logistics to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct daily site meetings, safety briefings, and progress updates with crews and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project quality standards and ensure all work is completed according to engineering specifications and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address field changes, scheduling adjustments, and project concerns.
  • Train, mentor, and develop supervisors, foremen, and crew members on company procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
  • Track project progress, labor hours, and site performance while assisting with reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and overall project performance.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of onsite equipment, tools, and machinery.
