The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments for program compliance, auditing inventories, investigating new equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests. The Site Manager also implements organization policies, analyzes budget requests, promotes services to develop new markets, and assists with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications. They are responsible for maintaining and reporting on the financial aspects of the business, ensuring a safe work environment, and complying with regulations. The role acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, and conducts meetings to ensure consistent communication. Assistance with human resource concerns is also part of the responsibilities. Some travel is required.
