About The Position

As a Site Manager, you run the show at your storage location. You lead the team, drive sales, and make sure customers have a great experience—all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
  • Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, coach, and guide your team to success while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Drive sales by selling storage solutions, following up with leads, and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Deliver great customer service by ensuring every customer interaction is positive, handling concerns, and maintaining high standards.
  • Support the total business by assisting the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales, and supporting other sites occasionally.
  • Manage payments and accounts by processing transactions, following up on late payments, and keeping records up to date.
  • Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents to prioritize safety and security.
  • Track key metrics, report to the Regional Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
  • Perform extra duties for property management of commercial space.
