•$100,000 - $166,700•Remote

About The Position

The Site Manager oversees the full lifecycle of on-site project delivery and is responsible for the entire scope of site activities during the ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under the direction and on behalf of the overall project leader. The role leads the site team and manages project scope execution, potentially across multiple sites. It directs site activities including civil work, mechanical erection, and commissioning, and manages resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. The Site Manager ensures schedule, quality, and cost comply with contractual obligations, company policy, local regulations, project goals, and corporate safety standards. The position includes direct people-management responsibility for staffing and performance development. It requires technical and analytical judgment to execute policy and strategy, apply best practices, and make decisions using internal and limited external sources. The Site Manager serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues, may lead small, low-risk projects, and communicates performance expectations while handling sensitive issues. Performance measures include meeting EHS targets, quality of work and reporting, on-time delivery, material and labor availability, and client site-team satisfaction. Additional objectives and targets are set annually. Work may involve night-shift site management at major sites; assignments at job sites anywhere in the U.S. for multiple months; shorter service-site assignments with quick turnaround; and work from home between site assignments for preparation of offers, cost estimates, and mobilization. Site work takes place indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions. The role is remote, with travel of up to 90% and no relocation assistance. The position offers a discretionary annual bonus and the benefits listed in the posting. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; shortlisted candidates may undergo heightened security checks due to the client’s critical infrastructure.
