A Quality Facility Services is seeking a motivated Site Manager to lead one of their premier accounts. This role involves leading daily operations, managing and supporting a team, handling client relations, and managing inventory and labor. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and workflows
  • Ensure work meets company quality standards
  • Perform inspections and final walkthroughs
  • Help with facility cleaning when needed
  • Keep the site clean, organized, and professional
  • Supervise Site Supervisors and Team Members
  • Train, coach, and develop employees
  • Lead daily huddles and team communication
  • Build a positive, accountable team culture
  • Identify employees for growth opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client
  • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Partner with the Area Manager to maintain excellent service
  • Track inventory and order supplies
  • Monitor labor hours and stay within budget
  • Improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure teams have supplies before each shift
