The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments for program compliance (safety, quality, service), auditing and maintaining inventories, investigating new and improved equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. The Site Manager also implements organization policies, analyzes budget requests, promotes services to develop new markets, inspects plants, assists with modifications, ensures budget goals are met, and develops long-range plans. They coordinate program specifications, compile data for estimates, maintain and report on financial aspects of the business, and ensure a safe work environment while complying with local, state, and federal regulations. This role acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintains contract databases, reviews correspondence, and establishes contact with contractors. Regular meetings are conducted to communicate with all stakeholders, and assistance is provided with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
