Responsibilities
- Manage all daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
- Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Oversee cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Conduct team training, coaching, and performance check-ins.
- Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
- Foster a strong culture of service, sales, and teamwork aligned with Sparkle values.
- Open and close the site, ensuring top performance every day.
