About The Position

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient care, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies. This role combines leadership, operational management, and hands-on clinical duties as a Medical Assistant, requiring a balance of administrative oversight and direct patient interaction. Requirements

  • Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an urgent care, primary care, or clinical setting.
  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality patient care.
  • Manage facility needs, ensuring supplies, equipment, and resources are readily available.
  • Implement and maintain workflows that optimize productivity and patient experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Medical Assistants.
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure staff competency in both clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Promote teamwork, morale, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage clinic order budget and supply costs.
  • Assist in meeting financial targets and optimizing resource allocation
  • Ensure that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Handle patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized clinic environment.
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and company policies regarding patient care, safety, and privacy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Analyze scorecards and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide reports on clinic performance, patient volume, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance operational success.
