About The Position

IST Management is seeking a Site Manager to join our St. Louis area team! The Site Manager is responsible for providing on-site management and regional support for our legal operations in Print/Scan/Mail/Hospitality and Office Service functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Legal Management experience in a corporate office environment and managing a team of 12+ employees. The Manager must have strong leadership skills, the ability to lead a diverse team of employees, and deliver a high level of customer end-user services while using critical and analytical skills in delivering practical solutions. Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of Legal Management experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Managing a team of 12+ employees.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team of employees.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer end-user services.
  • Critical and analytical skills in delivering practical solutions.
  • Prior Office/Corporate/Facility Management experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions and must be a working manager.
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience in a legal environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing on-site daily leadership.
  • Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients with excellent use of business etiquette and critical thinking skills.
  • Hospitality services: Conference room management (i.e., setting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed).
  • Mail/Copy/Print Center - Ability to manage workflow and direct team in best practices and utilize current technology to leverage workflow. Make viable recommendations on industry trends and solutions to improve operations efficiency.
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from Sr. Management and maintain communication with full participation in all scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in cross-training and develop plans for the execution of cross-training of team members.
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned.
