Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ten years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.
- Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in computer skills for trending, queries, and performance analysis of maintained systems.
- Ability to obtain necessary airport security clearance.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 49 pounds.
- Agility to work in various environments, including outdoors on an airport ramp and in confined spaces around aircraft and baggage conveyor systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, enforce safety protocols, and optimize productivity plans with oversight and cross-utilization of different work groups.
- Foster a supportive environment by providing on-the-job training and mentorship to team members.
- Continuously strive for improvement in team dynamics and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and refine processes and documentation to streamline operational activities, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, manage emergencies, and maintain communication with Customers, Airlines, and TSA.
- Supervise administrative tasks such as HR management and invoicing, ensuring all contract requirements are fulfilled.
- Promote adherence to company safety standards and procedures.
- Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all team members.
- Available for 24/7 calls and demonstrate flexibility by working day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proactively take on additional duties as required.
- Attend scheduled and on-demand meetings, system training sessions, tours, and inspections requested by the Airports Authority and/or user Airlines.
