About The Position

Supervises day‑to‑day operations and staff of high‑production and fulfillment operations at MS sites. Develops, implements, and reviews related procedures. Manages invoicing and customer interactions; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures customer expectations are met. This role requires significant customer interface. Responsible for 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly services revenue at a single site. After ensuring achievement of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the Site Manager partners with the customer to improve business processes through optimization and use of Ricoh Process Director. Requires a strong understanding of client requirements and IT‑centric communication skills to collaborate with customer IT departments. Communicates business process opportunities to sales and professional service teams. Assists support teams in developing and managing additional production print customers, including setting up new job types in Ricoh Process Director.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a production and/or customer service work team.
  • Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions.
  • Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to develop creative or innovative solutions.

  • Ensures quality and compliance through effective audit and deadline management.
  • Ensures Federal Regulatory and Customer SLAs are consistently met.
  • Increases employee retention by achieving turnover and tenure goals.
  • Maintains efficient workflow and holds direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency.
  • Improves operational quality and consistency through performance and operational procedures.
  • Ensures optimal staffing by matching employee skills with production demands.
  • Recommends solution configurations to Sales and the Customer.
  • Acts as a consultant to improve customer business processes via workflow enhancements.
  • Facilitates resolution of pricing, order, and invoicing issues through communication with Sales.
  • Motivates employees and recognizes achievements promptly.
  • Clearly communicates expectations and consequences; trains, coaches, evaluates, and directs staff.
  • Completes site reports and other required documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
