About The Position

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about leading and genuinely cares for people. Are you all about hospitality and always looking to improve the customer experience? If so, it’s time to join the Feel Great Car Wash team and apply for our Site Manager position!!

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience (Required)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Full service and Detail experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
  • Hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
  • Handle scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
  • Lead by example, live the Feel Great values, and build a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives.
