About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Site Leader in Irving, TX, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. The role involves leading and mentoring a logistics team, developing warehouse strategy, managing warehouse operations to meet customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, customs, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in logistics management, including experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office a must
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or similar is a plus
• Six Sigma/lean experience preferably in a distribution/warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Develops warehouse strategy based on global logistics vision and proposes improvements
• Leads and supports logistics projects aligned with regional and global strategies
• Manages warehouse operations to meet customer order expectations and requirements
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, security policies, custom regulations and quality standards
