About The Position

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Lead. The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinic operations, accounting functions, physician relations and team management. As a manager they will oversee the implementation of companywide programs and timely reporting of clinic data. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Current CAMRT membership.
  • CMRTO registered.
  • MRT (N) experience.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Knowledge and proficiency of nuclear medicine procedure and operating regulations.
  • Maintained competence in all aspects of nuclear medicine technology as required by the professional regulating bodies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Have a cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity, and kindness.

Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly technologist and/or admin schedule.
  • Create all staff modality schedule.
  • Update changes on RIS.
  • Understand modalities to ensure efficient coverage for sick calls and vacation.
  • Work with leaders on efficiency and workflow within the clinic.
  • Review, confirm and complete payroll entries in software.
  • Manage patient and physician concerns in a timely manner and escalate to senior leadership as required.
  • Facilitate completion and submission of incident reports.
  • Assist with facility maintenance by building superintendent, or handyman, and escalate to management when required.
  • Scanning patients and facilitating patient workflow during the day.
  • Manage ordering of supplies and processing POs.
  • Organize equipment PMs, maintenance and escalate to management as required.
  • Assist in hiring, new staff training, reference checks, student orientation and schedule.
  • Act as a clinical preceptor to sign off for assessments.
  • Monitor and report any technical/quality issue to management.
  • Record and document all clinic staff meeting minutes on MyHealth meeting template.
  • Collaborate with JHSC committee to identify issues – escalate to management.
  • Escalate employee concerns i.e. payroll, policy and procedure changes/ adherence to management.
  • TLD Submission.
  • Assist with CPSO Inspections, compiling data, records, and employee and radiologist information.
