California Teaching Fellows Foundation (CTFF) is a nonprofit dedicated to developing passionate individuals into expanded learning tutoring roles that directly support TK-12th grade students across the 6 counties they serve. As a Teaching Fellow Site Lead, the day-to-day involves active supervision and coordination of afterschool activities. The Site Lead serves as the point of contact for school personnel, ensuring program compliance with state and federal laws. This role is the operational backbone, responsible for preparing essential data reports and fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere for students, enabling the mission to succeed on the ground.
