California Teaching Fellows Foundation (CTFF) is a nonprofit dedicated to developing passionate individuals into expanded learning tutoring roles that directly support TK-12th grade students across the 6 counties we serve. By investing in our Teaching Fellows' growth, we build a sustainable pipeline of future educators who are deeply rooted and committed to the communities they call home. Our Mission: ELEVATE and EQUIP educators to EMPOWER youth, communities, and themselves. Our Vision: Teaching Fellows emerge as credentialed teachers and leaders in education and beyond. Students feel seen, supported, and inspired to build their own path. Communities are rooted in the belief that education creates opportunities and hope. As a Teaching Fellow Site Lead, your day-to-day involves the active supervision and coordination of afterschool activities. You serve as the point of contact for school personnel, ensuring that the program operates in full compliance with state and federal laws. From preparing essential data reports to fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere for students, you are the operational backbone that allows our mission to succeed on the ground.
