California Teaching Fellows Foundation (CTFF) is a nonprofit dedicated to developing passionate individuals into expanded learning tutoring roles that directly support TK-12th grade students across the 6 counties they serve. By investing in their Teaching Fellows' growth, they build a sustainable pipeline of future educators who are deeply rooted and committed to the communities they call home. Their Mission is to ELEVATE and EQUIP educators to EMPOWER youth, communities, and themselves. Their Vision is for Teaching Fellows to emerge as credentialed teachers and leaders in education and beyond, for students to feel seen, supported, and inspired to build their own path, and for communities to be rooted in the belief that education creates opportunities and hope. As a Teaching Fellow Site Lead, the day-to-day involves the active supervision and coordination of afterschool activities. The Site Lead serves as the point of contact for school personnel, ensuring that the program operates in full compliance with state and federal laws. From preparing essential data reports to fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere for students, the Site Lead is the operational backbone that allows the mission to succeed on the ground.
