California Teaching Fellows Foundation (CTFF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing passionate individuals into expanded learning tutoring roles that directly support TK-12th grade students across six counties. By investing in the growth of Teaching Fellows, CTFF aims to build a sustainable pipeline of future educators who are deeply rooted and committed to their communities. The mission is to ELEVATE and EQUIP educators to EMPOWER youth, communities, and themselves, with a vision for Teaching Fellows to emerge as credentialed teachers and leaders, and for students to feel seen, supported, and inspired. As a Teaching Fellow Site Lead, the role involves active supervision and coordination of afterschool activities, serving as the primary point of contact for school personnel, and ensuring program compliance with state and federal laws. Key responsibilities include preparing essential data reports and fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere for students, acting as the operational backbone for the program's success.
