About The Position

This Site Lead shall provide basic administrative management and supervision of the contract instructors providing supervisory services and shall act as the local POC for the Government. The site lead reports to the course supervisor for the delivery of the daily administrative delivery of the course.

Requirements

  • Experience establishing work priorities and communicating effectively with staff.
  • Experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks; able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of the Navy and Marine Corps organizational and command structure.
  • Strong administrative, operational, and supervisory leadership skills within Navy or Marine Corps environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to establish work priorities, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated competence managing executive-level tasks, protocol engagements, itineraries, and high-level events.
  • Experience interacting with military staff at all levels.
  • At least five (5) years' experience at an Executive Level within a Navy or Marine Corps management administrative environment.
  • Recent administrative, presentation, protocol and operations support experience within the last three (3) years.
  • Executive administration experience with high level event planning and coordination; itinerary development; and detailed knowledge of Navy protocol and military courtesies policy and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • The Site Lead provides daily administrative management and supervision of all contract instructors delivering MA CTC trainings
  • The Site Lead serves as the primary local point of contact for Government leadership, including NTTC Lackland CO, Director of Training, CS, COR, and TA.
  • Maintain compliance with all Department of Defense and Department of the Navy requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate staffing, instructor assignment, and daily course delivery aligned with training schedules.
  • Respond to instructor performance issues, investigations, student complaints, and safety concerns.
  • Provide reports, communication updates, and required notifications within mandated timelines.
  • The Site Lead ensures training continuity by coordinating instructor replacements when needed.
  • Maintain and safeguard Government-issued equipment, keys, and identification in accordance with standards set by the government
  • Other duties as assigned.
