About The Position

The Site Lead will oversee clinic operation and provide family-centered services, such as scheduling appointments, determining eligibility, taking lab measurements, and issuing benefits.

  • Competent in Microsoft 365 or related software

  • Access to reliable transportation and ability travel with little advanced notice
  • Must be willing to work from all locations in Lancaster County, PA

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Minimum of six months WIC and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily appointment schedule, including rescheduling missed appointments
  • Ensures compliance to participant files, records retention, and all regulatory requirements
  • Maintains inventory of lab/office supplies, forms, and nutrition education materials
  • Greets customers arriving for appointments and completes check-in process
  • Issues electronic benefits to participants
  • Maintains breastfeeding-friendly environment
  • Checks for adjunctive eligibility in statewide database
  • Verifies household income and determines eligibility
  • Collects anthropometric and hematological measurements
  • Observes universal precautions and complies with all OSHA standards
  • Provides referrals to community resources
  • Assists customers with locating medical and dental providers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
