About The Position

Dream is looking for a Site Labourer to join its thriving Income Properties division. This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day construction operations and maintenance of construction sites, participating in both commercial and residential projects. Requirements

  • 2+ years' of construction related experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to be proactive and have creative problem solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • commercial and residential experience is preferred
  • completion of Trade School with focus on construction would be an asset
  • Ability to operate a skidsteer and telehandler is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Perform site construction tasks
  • Ensure our commercial projects and homes are ready for the trades as the build schedule progresses
  • Ensure our job sites are accessible and safe at all times with the goal of preventing injuries and eliminating hazards for our trade partners and employees
  • Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable
  • Loading and unloading of construction material
  • Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner
  • Understand and implement OH&S safety requirements to ensure we are a leader in safe work practices
  • Other duties and projects as required
