Dream is looking for a Site Labourer to join its thriving Income Properties division. This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day construction operations and maintenance of construction sites, participating in both commercial and residential projects. Requirements

2+ years' of construction related experience
High School Diploma
Ability to be proactive and have creative problem solving skills
Valid driver's license and a vehicle

Nice To Haves

commercial and residential experience is preferred
completion of Trade School with focus on construction would be an asset
Ability to operate a skidsteer and telehandler is an asset

Responsibilities

Perform site construction tasks
Ensure our commercial projects and homes are ready for the trades as the build schedule progresses
Ensure our job sites are accessible and safe at all times with the goal of preventing injuries and eliminating hazards for our trade partners and employees
Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable
Loading and unloading of construction material
Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner
Understand and implement OH&S safety requirements to ensure we are a leader in safe work practices
Other duties and projects as required
