About The Position

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Site Infrastructure Technician in Freeport (TX). The Site Infrastructure Technician has the primary responsibility of coordinating R&B and Site Infrastructure daily functions and projects execution. There are two Site Infrastructure Technician roles. Generally, one operator will be assigned primary responsibility related to on-site areas and the other having primary responsibility related to off-site areas with both backing up the other. This role is cross-functional for three different areas within Site Infrastructure, Road & Bridge Building Admin (backup), On-Site and Off-Site Property Management. This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond Infra”) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or maintenance within an industrial environment
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities Permitting daily and project work including excavations, pile driving activities, road and bridge construction, maintenance, paving and any other Infrastructure civil activities
  • Ensure all EH&S rules and policies/procedures are followed by the contractor performing Infrastructure projects
  • Actively participate in Safety Observation programs
  • Responsible for routing oversize loads and issuing routing numbers while working with ESS and third parties to ensure safety of equipment and property
  • Lead daily tailgate meetings
  • Ensure contractor required safety documentation is in place prior to permitting
  • Approve/Decline Road closure requests
  • Response to site ES&S as needed
  • Performs EH&S required housekeeping
  • Participates in BBP and other safety required training and programs
  • Respond to all 811 One-Call request tickets
  • Clearing and managing of all T-18 & LONO tickets
  • R&B projects on-site management
  • Point of contact and subject matter expert for all TXO off-site properties
  • Assists with management of site properties and use of properties by tenants
  • Manage Longhorn Cattle program
  • Manage Offsite Property maintenance
  • Skimmer Lot maintenance
  • Manage TXO Landscaping program
  • Manage TXO Travel Trailer program
