Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws (ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of representing all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between associates and leadership.
  • Support problem-solving activities, including incident investigations and resolution.
  • Assist with new hire induction to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Manage employee recognition initiatives to promote engagement and morale.
  • Oversee temporary labor processes and manage hourly annual review cycles.
  • Generate monthly HR reports for leadership and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Coordinate internal bid processes and manage visa requirements for international trainees.
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding established HR targets and objectives.
