About The Position

The Site Flex Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and safety of client sites by covering staffing shortages due to various absences such as vacations, call-offs, illnesses, and no-shows. This position requires flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the willingness to travel to multiple work locations. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, maintaining the security and safety of client property and personnel, and providing customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. While previous experience in security, customer service, military, law enforcement, or loss prevention is encouraged, no experience is necessary as training will be provided. Requirements

• MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple work locations.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to accept and respond to assignments on short notice.
• Valid MI driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience working independently and adapting to changing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

• Previous experience in security, customer service, military, law enforcement, or loss prevention is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Cover staffing shortages due to vacations, call-offs, illnesses, no-shows, and other absences.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
• Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
