About The Position

FanSided is seeking a Site Expert for Rink Royalty, a website focused on the Los Angeles Kings. The role involves building a strong community, providing daily content with a mix of news and opinionated analysis, and being a knowledgeable source for fans. Site Experts are responsible for strategizing content efforts and are compensated based on article and site traffic. This is an independent contractor position.

Requirements

• Ability to write clearly and effectively in English.
• Must be able to lead a site that publishes a minimum of 50 total articles each calendar month.
• Must personally write a minimum of 20 articles each month, with most writing between 25-30.
• Must support contributors on their team by editing their articles, offering feedback as needed, and suggesting topic ideas.
• Must help with the site’s social media accounts (typically Twitter and Facebook) by sharing articles and creatively engaging with other fans.
