About The Position

FanSided is seeking a Site Expert for its All for Tennessee website, which focuses on the Tennessee Volunteers. The Site Expert will be responsible for a mix of news and opinionated analysis, aiming to provide unique content. While FanSided offers support, the Site Expert will strategize content efforts. Compensation is based on article traffic and overall site traffic, with rates varying by traffic, experience, and site. Site Experts are expected to publish multiple daily content pieces, act as the primary voice of the site, write daily articles, and plan content around the news cycle. They will also support contributing writers by editing articles, providing feedback, and suggesting topics. Additionally, Site Experts will manage the site’s social media accounts (typically Twitter and Facebook) by sharing articles and engaging with fans. FanSided is a rapidly expanding fan-focused digital media network with a variety of sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sites. It offers opportunities for both experienced writers and newcomers to digital media. Contributors are independent contractors who share their passion and knowledge.
