About The Position
FanSided is seeking a Site Expert for Four Four Crew, a site dedicated to the Columbus Crew FC. The role involves building a strong community, producing fresh daily content, and being a leading voice in Columbus Crew FC fandom. Site Experts are expected to offer a unique blend of news and opinionated analysis that readers cannot find elsewhere. While FanSided provides support, the Site Expert will strategize content efforts. Compensation is based on article traffic and overall site traffic, with rates varying by traffic, experience, and the specific site. The role requires publishing a minimum of 50 articles per month, with the Site Expert personally writing 25-30. Responsibilities include editing contributor articles, providing feedback, suggesting topics, and managing the site's social media accounts (Twitter and Facebook) by sharing articles and engaging with fans. Strong English writing skills are essential. FanSided is a rapidly expanding fan-focused digital media network offering opportunities for both experienced writers and newcomers to digital media. Contributors share their passion and knowledge across various fandoms as independent contractors.

- Publish a minimum of 50 total articles each calendar month.
- Personally write a minimum of 20 articles each month, with most writing between 25-30.
- Support contributors by editing their articles, offering feedback, and suggesting topic ideas.
- Help with the site’s social media accounts (typically Twitter and Facebook) by sharing articles and creatively engaging with other fans.
