Site Expert - The View From Avalon (LA Galaxy)
About The Position
FanSided is looking to add a new Site Expert to join their team at The View From Avalon, a site dedicated to the LA Galaxy. Site experts are asked to focus their efforts on building a vibrant community environment around the LA Galaxy while providing readers with fresh daily content. The goal is for site experts to be viewed as the most knowledgeable on their respective fandom and to offer readers a healthy mix of news and opinionated analysis, providing content that cannot be found elsewhere. FanSided offers advice and support, but the site expert will decide how to strategize their content efforts. Site Experts are compensated based on a combination of the total traffic accrued by their articles and the overall traffic of the site each calendar month. The rates may vary depending on the traffic, the experience of the expert, and the site itself. FanSided is the world’s fastest-growing fan-focused digital media network, showcasing fan-driven content across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sites, and presenting unique opportunities for both seasoned writers and those looking to start in digital media. Contributors create content for their fandoms and, as independent contractors, share their knowledge and passion for teams, sports, movies, TV series, and more.
