Requirements

• Acquired an Engineering or Life Sciences bachelor's or higher degree, have 10 or more years of related experience, and a strong interest in leading highly technical specialists and technicians
• Experienced leader who enjoys operating in a sophisticated environment within a global organization
• Proven experience in leading leaders and a genuine motivation for developing people
• Experience in facilities & utilities operations, maintenance & metrology, CAPEX project management, lean methodologies
• Understand process control systems and strategies, with some experience in integration of these to higher level MES/Digital tools
• Know global regulatory and GMP standards for design and operation of drug product manufacturing facilities
• See the big picture and are willing to adopt an End-to-End Platform focus
• Communicate effectively with customers at multiple levels of the organization
• Envision a future where digital and data will drive new results.
• Challenge the status quo, frame problems with the end goal in mind, using persuasive tactics
• Believe in Asset Management, drive Reliability, and adopt high Quality standards, showing cost advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead GET Gurabo site team being a critical member of the Site Leadership Team.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the Site Engineering team guiding Project Execution, Maintenance and Automation resources.
• Help developing the collaboration with different departments structuring the design of new solutions and processes.
• Drive talent development throughout the site serving as a true talent incubator for the full Johnson & Johnson organization.
• Own an operational budget of ~$10M, a capital spend of ~$20M, and be part of the GET Synthetics Platform Leadership Team which includes the GET leaders of 11 manufacturing locations across LATAM, NA, EU and APAC.
• Lead in the platform dimension global projects as crafting the Workforce of the Future and put the basis of Johnson & Johnson digitalization strategy.
• Lead a strong team in a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on inter-connectivity, reliability, and real-time data.
• Proposing and implementing new insights is an important part of leading the Gurabo Site GET team.
