Role Overview The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of renovation, construction, and fit-out activities at Toters facilities. The role ensures that works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in renovation, construction, or fit-out project execution.
Good understanding of civil and MEP works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, commercial, warehousing, or similar environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction, renovation, and fit-out activities on site.
Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure works are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality, technical, or safety issues.
Review technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP activities.
Track project progress and report delays, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager.
Verify measurements and quantities of completed works.
Assist in reviewing BOQs, quotations, variations, and contractor submissions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of works.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance with site requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of facilities.
Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports, and relevant documentation.
Support the preparation and updating of warehouse layouts and floor plans when required.
