About The Position

The role is critical for sustaining the excellence of data center operations. As a result of their work, the Site Engineer III will ensure the stable and reliable operation of critical assets, supporting customer equipment availability. They will optimize infrastructure efficiency and uphold agreed customer SLAs. This role involves leading strategic planning and project management efforts to minimize unplanned maintenance and failures. The Site Engineer III will take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the data center facility, oversee maintenance and repair activities including coordination with subcontractors, and manage on-call duties and incident resolution as needed. Additionally, they will document and analyze progress, issues, and outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives. A key aspect of this role is providing comprehensive supervision, training, mentoring, and guidance to site engineers, fostering their professional development, and contributing to team development and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Technical education / training certification in the field of ‘Mission Critical’ Operations.
• Education to a vocational level in a technical field and/or site engineering position
• Skilled in maintenance of electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
• HVAC Mechanical and/or Electrical

Nice To Haves

• Preferably skilled in the maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems
• Novice in maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators), and/or technical security systems (CCTV, Access Control)

Responsibilities
