About The Position

AlphaBEST Education is hiring for our Before & After School Programs! We are looking for an early learning professional to lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive. This role offers the opportunity to lead a program designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment, feels confident taking the lead, takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience, takes child safety seriously, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Nice To Haves

Additional education preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
Make child safety the top priority at all times
Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
