About The Position

Veho is a logistics company focused on making shopping, shipping, and returns seamless through a technology-enabled, vertically integrated supply chain. The Site Director strategically leads warehouse operations to achieve performance goals and OKRs, with a focus on process improvement, P&L management, and safety compliance. The role oversees warehouse operations by coaching, mentoring, and directing site leaders, and manages through leaders, including succession and development planning for their teams. The Site Director is accountable for regional P&L performance, works with the Regional Vice President (RVP) on process improvements and network-wide initiatives, and uses data and analytical tools to monitor KPIs and advise senior leadership. The role requires visible, on-the-floor presence in warehouses and clear communication with executive leadership and frontline teams. The stated annual compensation range is $150,000–$160,000, subject to company discretion. Requirements

7–10 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
At least 7 years of experience leading direct and indirect reports.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Strategically lead warehouses to ensure seamless logistics flow and achievement of performance goals and OKRs.
Partner with the Regional Vice President to identify, design, and execute network-wide initiatives that promote operational excellence across the region.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput and efficiency.
Own the regional P&L, including budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses, to meet financial targets.
Use Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical skills to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Ensure safety compliance across all sites and maintain adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Direct, coach, and mentor site leaders, enabling them to manage their teams effectively.
Lead succession planning and professional development for leadership teams.
Champion company values and foster a high-performance, merit-based environment.
Maintain a visible presence on warehouse floors, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds during peak operational needs or site audits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for market operational updates and communicate with executive leadership and frontline teams.
