About The Position

We are partnering with a vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm seeking a Site Development Project Manager to oversee the site development and construction close-out phases across multiple active projects. This role plays a critical part in coordinating between field construction teams, engineering, and development groups to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in civil/site development and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, land development, or site development
  • Strong understanding of site work, utilities, grading, and civil infrastructure
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and municipalities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with SWPPP/NPDES compliance and site inspections

Responsibilities

  • Manage site development and construction close-out activities across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with construction, engineering, and development teams to align on schedules, deliverables, and project milestones
  • Coordinate with local jurisdictions and inspectors for permits, inspections, and approvals
  • Oversee and maintain construction documentation , including drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspection reports, and as-built plans
  • Lead and participate in key project meetings, including pre-construction, kickoff, and progress meetings
  • Track and report on project status, timelines, and key performance metrics
  • Coordinate and monitor utility installations , including water meters (temporary and permanent)
  • Manage and track foundation surveys, storm and utility as-builts, and ALTA surveys
  • Support SWPPP/NPDES compliance , including BMP inspections and documentation
  • Identify and resolve field-related issues in collaboration with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the development and construction teams
