About The Position
Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Senior Site Development Project Manager in their Kansas City Office!
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in site development engineering
- PE License or ability to quickly obtain is mandatory
- Significant experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience in hydrology and site development
- Proven track record of business development or a great desire to grow and learn those abilities
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Manage clients/projects
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Design efficient layouts for clients and assist them through the entitlement process
- Understand each project’s approval process
