About The Position
This role is for a new graduate to join a team and learn from experienced BGE employees. The position involves attending career development events and training, working on assigned projects, meeting deadlines, and expanding knowledge in site development.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline before starting employment
- For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation
- Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong collaborator who works well on a team
- Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
