Success is measured by adherence to schedules, quality standards, effective vendor partnerships, and accurate project forecasting and reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

  • Experience in developing and delivering professional presentations. (Preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to improve site development practices and policy implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, managing deviations to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress against baselines, reporting status and forecasting impacts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance to ensure delivery of project requirements and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration among engineering, operations, regulatory, and legal teams to support project execution.
  • Lead Finance initiatives by streamlining Purchase Order management, receiving, and invoicing processes to improve PO hygiene.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed
