About The Position

Accountable for the daily operations of a single-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to: Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality Services, Imaging Services, and Mail Services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Tactical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present information to small groups.
  • Moderate problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic technical aptitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
  • Operate office equipment, including Computers (PCs), Copiers, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Imaging Equipment, and Mailroom Equipment.
  • May be responsible for Courier Services, Reception Services, Switchboard Operations, Shipping and Receiving, and Mail Processing and Delivery.
  • Maintain daily communication and formal contact with customers.
  • Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs.
  • Operate required equipment and software efficiently to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Achieve profitability goals by effectively managing company materials and supplies.
  • Maintain daily operational functions, including creating and completing work orders, contractor monitoring, facility inspections, reporting facility-related issues, and providing operational support as needed.
  • Collaborate with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
  • Manage office supply inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and manage audiovisual (A/V) resources.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal departments through professional communication.
  • Collect and provide operational data to leadership and customers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly customer reports as requested by leadership.
  • Ensure financial responsibilities and operational requirements are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
