About The Position

The Site Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site. This role is responsible for performing contracted office services including, but not limited to, copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
  • 1+ years of prior customer-facing work experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology
  • Tactical thought processing
  • Ability to present to small groups
  • Moderate problem-solving skills
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Basic technical aptitude
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility, including:
  • Operating office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail equipment
  • Courier services
  • Reception services
  • Switchboard operations
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Delivering and processing mail
  • Handles formal customer contact on a daily basis
  • Responsible for effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence programs
  • Understands how to operate required equipment and software efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Achieves profitability in cost of goods by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies
  • Creating and completing work orders
  • Contractor monitoring and inspections
  • Reporting facility-related issues
  • Providing additional support as required
  • Interaction with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants
  • Responsible for office supply inventory and reordering
  • Responsible for conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management
  • Maintains positive internal working relationships with all department employees through professional communication
  • Collects and provides data to assigned leadership and customers, including completing monthly customer reports with leadership support
  • Ensures all financial responsibilities are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned
