About The Position

The Site Coordinator supports the daily operations, compliance, and overall quality of Replications Inc.’s after-school program, ensuring alignment with NYCPS/and DYCD standards. The role oversees staff supervision and training to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging programming. This position requires a collaborative leader who fosters a safe, inclusive environment that reflects Replications’ mission and commitment to positive youth development and reports to the After-School Director.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in an after-school, youth development, or community-based program.
  • DOE Fingerprinted
  • Statewide Central Registry clearance
  • Department of Health clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and support high-quality youth programming.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in out-of-school time (OST) programming.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DOE/DYCD systems such as DYCD Connect and/or OST platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support the After-School Director in managing daily program operations and serve as the site lead in their absence.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants through active supervision.
  • Supervise, coach, and support Group Leaders, Activity Specialists, Tutors, and other program staff.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance development.
  • Support the implementation of academic enrichment, homework assistance, social-emotional learning, and youth development programming.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes positive youth development.
  • Build positive relationships with participants, families, school staff, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate program records, including attendance, incident reports, participant files, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Replications Inc., DYCD, NYCPS, DOHMH, and other applicable regulations and program standards.
  • Coordinate supplies, vendors, field trips, and special events.
  • Monitor program quality and provide regular operational updates to the After-School Director.
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the program's success.
