Site Coordinator II

MUSICBREEDSNew York, NY
$44,000 - $50,000

About The Position

You have done this before. You know how to run a physical location — the schedule, the people, the logistics, the unexpected — and you handle it without being told twice. You are the person participants and staff look to when something goes wrong, and you resolve it before it becomes a problem. You take ownership of your site the way an owner takes ownership of their business. You are calm under pressure, organized by nature, and genuinely invested in the community you serve. When something is broken you do not wait — you fix it and flag it.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in site management, operations coordination, program coordination, or facilities management — nonprofit, education, or community-based settings strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supervising staff — you have managed people before and you are comfortable with accountability conversations
  • Proven ability to run day-to-day operations independently — without daily supervision or step-by-step direction
  • Strong organizational and logistics skills — you can hold multiple moving pieces simultaneously without losing track of any of them
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, facilities requests, and supply coordination
  • Familiarity with grant compliance documentation — attendance tracking, participant records, and funder reporting preferred
  • Deep connection to the Nassau or Queens community — lived or professional experience strongly preferred
  • Google Workspace at a professional level — Sheets for scheduling and tracking, Gmail for staff and partner communication, Drive for documentation management
  • Familiarity with scheduling or program management tools — or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
  • Comfort with attendance and data entry systems — accuracy standards are non-negotiable in this role
  • Smartphone proficiency — reachable, responsive, and organized throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus — not required

Responsibilities

  • Full daily site operations — scheduling, logistics, facilities, vendor coordination, and participant check-in from open to close
  • Day-to-day supervision of Instructors and Case Managers at your site — you are their operational lead
  • Participant experience at your location — first impressions, environment quality, on-site support, and the feel of the space
  • Independent problem resolution — you escalate with context and a proposed solution, not just a problem
  • Facility safety, cleanliness, and readiness to MyndBridge standards at all times
  • Coordination with the P&S Manager on program scheduling, staffing needs, and site-level reporting
  • Grant compliance documentation — attendance records, sign-in sheets, and participant data accuracy
  • SOP contribution — when something is not working, you identify it, document it, and bring a fix

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $44,000–$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • ICHRA Health Benefit: $7,500 annually toward individual health coverage of your choice — you select the plan, MyndBridge funds it
  • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match: MyndBridge matches 3% of your salary toward your retirement
  • Accrued PTO: paid time off covering vacation, personal, and sick time — accrued per the MyndBridge employee handbook
