About The Position

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper manages the efficient flow tracking of manhours onsite, assist with onboarding efforts, and filing package data.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project.
  • Construction safety practices.
  • Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems.
  • Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
  • Aptitude in math and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

  • Work with timekeeping software to input onsite staff and field worker manhours.
  • Be able to troubleshoot hours and adjust hours in proprietary timekeeping systems for incorrect hours of pay. Learn how to use different timesheets software.
  • Be meticulous in confirming when an employee has arrived and left the jobsite for the most accurate pay.
  • Learn how to assign Per Diem to workers.
  • Organize new craft requisitions to the correct disciplines onsite as well as provide PPE before heading out to field.
  • Always maintain an organized tracking log of all workers onsite and have a log of manpower curve.
  • Coordinate remaining and bouncing of craft requisitions for when the job has been completed.
  • Have a comfortable understanding on spreadsheets and data management tools.

This includes: Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety, Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities, Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions, Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
