About The Position

As a Site Controller, you will play a critical leadership role at our manufacturing site, partnering closely with operations and site leadership to drive financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.This is a high-impact, visible role with direct influence on site strategy, decision-making, and operational success. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6–10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of site-level controlling experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and IFRS
• Solid SAP experience and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to partner with operations and senior leadership
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong integrity and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead all site-level finance and compliance activities, including month-end and year-end close
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the site
• Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; drive profitability and cost improvement initiatives
• Oversee cost control, capital expenditures, and adherence to approval guidelines
• Partner closely with operations, shared services, tax, treasury, and global stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
• Serve as Site Compliance Officer
• Lead and develop one direct report (Assistant Controller)
• Champion continuous improvement and process efficiency
